We start with a brief discussion about your needs and product specifications. Then we establish a storyboard and choose the right setting, lighting, and angles. On the shooting day, we work efficiently, adjusting details along the way. Delivery includes processed files, ready for use in campaigns or catalogs.
We work with full-frame cameras, quality lenses, and professional lighting systems. For events, we also have portable, discreet equipment that does not disturb participants. Everything is chosen to faithfully reproduce the atmosphere and textures.
It depends on the complexity. Usually, for a product photo session, we deliver the processed images within 3-5 business days. For an event film, the timeframe can be 7-10 days, depending on the volume of material and requested edits.
Yes, post-production is included in the standard package. We correct colors, adjust lighting, remove imperfections, and for video, we add transitions and ambient sound. If you need special effects or animations, we discuss the options before the project begins.

To avoid misunderstandings, we have detailed below the terms and limits of our collaboration.
By "visual presentation material" we mean product photos, short clips (maximum 3 minutes), and corporate event footage. We do not include complex animations, special effects, or cinematographic productions.
definitionA standard photo session lasts between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the complexity of the subject and the number of requested shots. For events, the duration is determined on a case-by-case basis.
durationThe final materials are delivered exclusively in digital format, via a secure download link. We do not offer physical media (CDs, USB sticks) except upon express request and with additional costs.
deliveryIf weather conditions do not allow outdoor filming, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost, within the limit of two attempts. After the third rescheduling, the standard rate applies.
weather conditionsAll copyrights on the materials produced remain with our team until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license for use in their own commercial purposes.
rightsCancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date incur a fee of 50% of the estimated session value. Cancellations on the day of the event are billed in full.
cancellation
